Skills Assessments
In addition to our Purchasing Excellence assessment, which remains popular for companies to assess the maturity of their purchasing organisation and processes, we have completed this with a full set of individual skills and competency profiles as well as behaviours. On the basis of 5 larger projects, Purspective has developed a full set of options for the assessment of your purchasing professionals and determine the development gaps. These build on our extensive database of job profiles.
On-line skills & competency assessment:
Web based assessment, designed to measure individual skills and competencies with regard to Purchasing. Participants can be measured against a general job profile or company specific job profiles, resulting in a gap analysis and a development advice.
Light skills & competency assessment (on-line + interview)
Our web based assessment, combined with a personal interview with the participant. Participants answers will be tested and possible gaps with the job profile will be subject to further investigation. Result will be presented in a personalised report addressing background, current situation and possible future steps for further professionalization.
Full day assessment centres (including various role-plays and other exercises)
In a full day incompany setting participants are part of an intensive screening on skills, competencies and behaviour. Either designed for recruitment or development purpose these assessment centres deliver all the necessary information on candidates to decide their optimal role and contribution to your procurement leadership team.
