Essent team proud on Cost Analysis certificates

Beginning of this year Essent and Purspective organized an intensive workshop on Cost Analysis as part of the Purchasing Excellence 2 program. Purspective’s lead trainer in Cost Management, Jan Valkhof, supported the team on developing should cost models and performing TCO analyses.

In order to be able to implement the learnings in practice, Essent decided to organize follow-up sessions in which participants could share information on their experiences. The first results are encouraging, with some remarkable new insights on Cost Analysis. During the first session the team has been awarded with the Purspective certificates (representing 20 CPD points).
