ISMC: over 1.000 participants!
A week before the start of the International Supply Management Congress (ISMC), over 1.000 participants registered.
Through inspiring speakers, new insights, case studies and interaction, the congress will offer participants the chance to gather knowledge, exchange experiences and define actions around sustainabillity and purchasing innovation, hence giving an important impulse to the preservation of value chains.
Minister Ben Knapen opens congress
Ben Knapen, Dutch Minister for European Affairs and International Cooperation will open the ISMC. ’The Netherlands wants to make a fair and constructive contribution, both in Europe and in developing countries. That means well-defined policy decisions that will make a difference abroad and give this country a distinctive image.’

At the closing of the International Supply Management Congress, Alexander Rinnooy Kan, chair of the Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands, will take stock of some key lessons of the conference and will look forward to the challenges ahead.
