Programs
The Purspective Training Portfolio makes a clear distinction between training programs and workshop programs: Training programs focus on individual competency development; workshop programs focus on improving business processes & own best practice development.
We support individual competency development with our training programs. Each program addresses different competencies at a different level. Four clusters of training programs exist.
Innovation in Delivery
Purspective has successfully responded to the challenges organisations are facing to continue the development of their employees, while time and resources are scarce, and are creating a small revolution with our experiential based learning.
Training
1. Fundamental Skills:Through this program, you will enhance technical and purchasing skills. Programs are intended for you if you are relatively new in Purchasing or Sourcing, recognize the huge challenges on the supply market and are eager to win the competitive battle for your organization.
2. Core Skills: Through these programs, you will accelerate the development of your purchasing and negotiation skills. Programs focus on specific content and skills areas relevant if you are involved in Purchasing & Sourcing.
3. Advanced Skills: Through these programs, you will increase the leveraging potential of your professional expertise. Programs are intended for you if you have demonstrated purchasing expertise and have responsibilities for bringing a project to success by working effectively with others.
Non-buyers: Several training programs go beyond Purchasing & Supply Management.
In this overview we have highlighted training programs which are especially of added value for non-buyers.
Workshop
Purspective has a proven track-record with regard to delivering workshops and facilitation sessions. The workshops focus on reaching (concrete) deliverables, most of the times with cross-functional teams. The workshops are based on company specific real-life business cases.
In workshops, the trainer acts as a process expert to guide the team towards reaching the objectives. By presenting a structural approach, giving (hands-on) support in analyzing information and creating a positive atmosphere for collaboration, the trainer maximizes team results.
