Experiential Based Learning

Or learning by doing, as we would say in more simple terms.

This new development is really the result of the development and integration of various projects that we have run in 2009. We have increasingly worked with virtual class-rooms, on-line simulations, more complex e-learning and various types of webcasts over the year. This has been fun and has opened our eyes towards the increasing acceptance of on-line learning in Europe. From these projects we have successfully launched our eLearning PLUS offering and are providing a longer and more effective learning experience. This brings us closer to helping our customers to translate our training programs into tangible results and allows us to deliver trainings in areas which would otherwise have been hard to reach. Also we are bringing learning closer to the expectations of new generations that work daily with on-line interactive applications like YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
