Program overview:

Starting point of the Advanced Course for Purchasing is the participants’ self-assessment on the World Class Excellence processes.

Based on the outcome of the participants’ survey, they will go through several MBA cases related to companies with certain state-of-the-art processes. This will provide benchmarking opportunities to identify improvement opportunities in participants’ own working environment.

Participants will furthermore receive the knowledge and the skills to support their improvement project.

Target audience:

• with a bachelor or master degree (or on equivalent level via work experience) with at least 6 years of supply management experience, mastering core supply management skills and at least 7-10 years of business experience;
• who are expected to initiate improvement/change projects within their respective departments and/or business units.
