: World Class Purchasing Processes

 

Program overview:

Fundament of the ‘Purchasing Excellence Essentials’ is the World Class Excellence Model. This model is the outcome of a benchmark initiative of the Michigan State University in which some 150 leading companies participated to understand what purchasing excellence is.

Through this case study based training, participants will get a thorough understanding of the different strategic and enabling processes. It will support employees in their daily work and in their interaction with internal stakeholders. Furthermore, the Process Survey Tool (PST) will be dealt with in such a way that employees will be better prepared for assessments.
