Program overview:

This workshop aims at maximizing the value delivered in the supply chain by aligning (operational / logistical) processes.

A multi-disciplinary team, consisting of customers, purchasing and other stakeholders take part. Together with the facilitator, this team works side by side to formulate an action plan on bringing excellent supply chain management into practice.
